To make a gift or memorial, please fill out the memorial form and return it to the library with your tax deductible contribution. Your gift can be used to honor or remember friends and relatives and enables the library to acquire needed books, materials, and services. The library will notify the honoree and the donor of the gift/memorial. A bookplate or plaque will be placed with the names of the donor and honoree. Each gift/memorial is greatly appreciated by the Portville Free Library.
